I can tell you right now, it’s A LOT easier to create generic fitness programs online and watch them fly off the shelves like hot cakes and not have to worry about the service-oriented side of running a business. But I want my brand to be different than the others. I want my clients to have the same experience I had in my journey with my coach. I want to build lasting relationships with my followers and not just look at you all like another number.
My goal is to help anyone who needs it, so I tried to make plans for everyone with tight budgets in mind. I understand, and empathize when money is tight, I’ve been there. There is absolutely a “right path” to fitness success. Unfortunately everyones path is different. The resason for this is because we all live different lives. Some of us work, others don’t; our height, weight, goals, and so on and so forth are all drastically different. All of these factors make up your lifestyle and ultimately determine your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure), this is the total number of calories you burn in a given day, which is the foundational principal to writing an effective fitness plan. This is the essence of why custom programming is so important. I take all the variables associated with your life and perfectly mold the most effective program around you.
Finding the proper amount of calories to consume daily to meet your goal in your desired time will help you with weight loss, maintenance, or weight gain. “Dialing in macros” and “nutrient timing” take it a step further by using a scientific approach as to when to consume your meals and what the macronutrient breakdown of each meal should be to promote optimal fat loss, muscle gain, and total body efficiency. For example: you don’t need a ton of carbs before you go to bed, because you don’t need energy to sleep. On the contrary, you need more carbohydrates approaching your training session, or directly after to help with training endurance or the replenishment of glycogen stores.
This depends on the intensity of the fitness program along with which plan you purchase. If you’re doing both nutrition and training it will obviously expedite the results rather than just one, or the other. With my clients who have been diligent in following the program I’ve seen noticeable results in just a week, and great results in as little as a month.
This is a fun question to answer… Also, one of the most common questions asked. The simple answer is, it depends on where you are now, and where you want to be. If you’re “naturally skinny” and just looking to tone up and shape your body then I would go with workouts. If you have ANY AMOUNT of excess fat that you’re looking to cut, then nutrition is definitely more important. All of that said, doing one without the other never made a lot of sense to me. They coexist and are equally as important in terms of shaping your dream body. All of that said, if I had to choose one to win the “overall” I would have to side with nutrition as the winner
If you purchase and our call takes place before Thursday during the week, then you will receive your program by that Sunday morning. If you book your call Friday or Saturday during the week, then you will receive your custom program the following Sunday (7-8 days). This is because I need a minimum of 48-72 hours to review your details to create your plan. All clients receive their programs on the same day ❤️.
